In 2004 I embarked on this exciting golfing journey after studying Sport Science at university. My background in sport science carved a pathway into professional golf and in 2008 I founded the Tim Hall School of Golf.
My philosophy in golf is quite simple, that there is a unique process of improvement for every golfer that has the passion to play the game. Challenging yourself to be the best you can be is the fuel that runs our engine and I strongly believe that every golfer has the potential to improve performance.

James Dobbs
PGA PROFESSIONAL
James has played at an elite level now for a number of years representing the county and being part of the GGU gold squad. He has enjoyed the past two years playing as an amateur at national level and is now ready to take on his PGA training from 2017 onwards.
He already has a keen interest in developing junior golfers and passing on his knowledge and experience playing at the highest level. Like all the team James has a growth mindset and plans to develop his coaching to the highest level.

Zach Galliford
PGA PROFESSIONAL
Zach has been competitive from a young age, becoming the youngest black belt in the UK at age eight. Zach then took up golf and has competed at every level for Wales. He started in the Welsh Under 14s Squad at aged nine and since has represented Wales in 7 Home Internationals. Zach’s greatest playing achievements have been reaching the top 250 in the world in 2013 and winning the Welsh Amateur Championship in 2016.
Zach graduated with a BA Finance degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2018, where he had a golf scholarship and spent a year as an assistant coach. In his time there he developed his trade and desire to coach, motivating him to start the PGA programme in 2019.
Zach has a holistic approach to coaching and custom fitting, aiming to help each golfer to improve, enjoy the game and shoot lower scores. Zach enjoys the continuous learning provided through coaching and relishes the opportunity to help golfers of all ages and abilities get the best out of their game, on and off the course.
